We also accept personal and business checks; however, shipping will be postponed until the check clears the bank. Returned checks will be subject to applicable bank fees.

If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, Bathtime Goodies will exchange it or refund your money (minus shipping fees).

If you wish to return an item, make sure it is packaged properly to avoid damage in shipping. We cannot issue an exchange or refund for packages returned damaged due to inappropriate packaging.

We will reimburse you the price of the item, plus applicable sales tax (if any) after the item has been received by us, unopened and unused.

We will gladly issue a store credit for an item that has been opened or used. Refunds or exchanges take approximately 15 to 30 days to process after return is received.
